Equipment Overview

The Kubota U10 is a 1.2-tonne zero tail swing mini excavator, built so the rear of the machine never extends past the tracks during a full 360-degree slew. That makes it suited to roadside work, fence lines and any job where swinging into a wall or an adjacent lane isn’t an option. The hydraulically adjustable track gauge runs from 750 mm to 990 mm, and digging depth reaches 1.8 m with a maximum reach of 3.3 m.

The Kubota D722-E4-BH-5US engine is a water-cooled 3-cylinder diesel using Kubota’s E-TVCS combustion system, rated at 10.1 hp net (10.3 hp gross) at 2,050 rpm and certified to Tier 4 Final / EU Stage V emissions standards. Drive is hydrostatic, with a two-speed travel pedal switching between 2 km/h and 4 km/h, and hydraulic side levers control the digging equipment. A front foldable ROPS lets the machine travel under low doorways.
