Once submitted, we review your requirements, contact suitable suppliers and prepare a shortlist of recommended equipment options.

What is Quotor Assist?
Quotor Assist is Quotor’s equipment sourcing service. We research suitable suppliers, contact them on your behalf, obtain available pricing and equipment information, and prepare a shortlist based on your project requirements.

Quotor Assist costs $199 incl. GST per equipment sourcing request.

The fee covers Quotor’s work researching the market, contacting suitable suppliers and preparing your shortlisted equipment options. Equipment hire, mobilisation, transport and other supplier charges are separate.

A sourcing request covers one defined equipment requirement for a project. For example, sourcing a 20-tonne excavator for a specific location and hire period would normally constitute one request.

Requirements involving multiple machines, multiple locations or broader project procurement may be quoted separately.

No. Equipment availability depends on supplier fleets, location and the dates required.

The Quotor Assist fee covers the sourcing work undertaken by Quotor. We identify and contact suitable suppliers and present the available options we are able to source for your requirements.

Yes. Quotor’s equipment database can be browsed free of charge. Where supplier contact details are available, you can contact suppliers directly and manage the sourcing process yourself.

Quotor Assist is for clients who want Quotor to undertake that work on their behalf.

The supplier remains responsible for its equipment, hire terms, delivery, operation and other services provided under the hire agreement.
