Equipment Overview
The Doosan DA30 is an articulated dump truck built for off-road hauling across broken, uneven ground, part of Doosan’s ADT range alongside the larger DA40. The engine meets Euro Stage IV (Tier 4 Final) emission standards using SCR and EGR, without a diesel particulate filter. A ZF 8 EP320 transmission auto-shifts through eight forward and four reverse gears with torque-converter lock-up in every gear, driving all six wheels through a torque-proportioning inter-axle differential split one-third front, two-thirds rear. Braking uses enclosed, oil-cooled wet disc brakes on all six wheels, backed by an automatic engine brake and transmission retarder.
