Equipment Overview
The Hitachi ZX210LC is a 21.9 to 23.9-tonne excavator built with the same toughness as Hitachi’s large mining machines, bringing efficiency and durability to utility-class construction work. The Trias hydraulic system uses three pumps rather than two, supplying an optimal amount of pressurised oil to each actuator so the boom, arm and bucket can move independently and with more precise control. A high-power mode increases engine speed and hydraulic pump output torque when extra performance is needed.
Power comes from an Isuzu diesel producing 128.4 kW gross (122 kW net), with an arm recirculation cancellation system that speeds up arm roll-in for faster cycle times. Electrically controlled pumps improve sensitivity for front attachment work and help lower fuel consumption. Bucket capacity ranges from 0.51 to 1.20 m³ ISO heaped, covering a wide range of digging and loading tasks.
