Equipment Overview
The Cormidi C85 is a mini dumper built for material handling on tight-access sites, the largest and toughest model in Cormidi’s tracked dumper range above the C50, C55, and C60. It carries an 800 kg rated payload with up to 0.36 m³ of capacity when self-loading, suited to construction, demolition clean-up, and earthmoving work where a single operator needs to shift large volumes through narrow access points.
Power comes from a Honda GX390 petrol engine rated at 13 hp (8.7 kW) or, as an alternative, a Yanmar LN100 diesel engine rated at 10 hp, both driving a fully hydrostatic transmission with no belts, chains, or pulleys to maintain. A rocking-roller undercarriage and low-wear rubber tracks give the traction to carry full loads up steep gradients without slipping, and the self-loading, high-tip skip lifts to 1.45 m at a top speed of 6 km/h. At only 1.93 m long, the C85 still fits down tight alleyways and narrow gates.
