Equipment Overview
The Cat 160 is a motor grader built for road construction, maintenance and general civil grading, and is also available as the Cat 160 AWD for extra traction on soft or slippery ground. It’s the largest model in Caterpillar’s current construction grader range, running a 3.7 m (12 ft) moldboard as standard and weighing around 20,607 kg typically equipped, suited to council road work, larger subdivision sites and general construction projects.

A power shift transmission and electro-hydraulic load-sensing hydraulics keep the blade responsive under load, while joystick controls with follow steer reduce hand and arm movement over a long shift.
