Equipment Overview
The Hyster H2.5 is a diesel counterbalance forklift built for general warehouse and yard handling, part of Hyster’s Fortens range alongside the H2.0, H3.0 and H3.5. Power comes from a Yanmar 2.6-litre four-cylinder diesel engine producing 33.9 kW at 2,700 rpm, with 143 N·m of torque at 1,400 rpm (a 3.3-litre, 43 kW option is also available), paired with an electronically controlled powershift transmission. Force-cooled wet disc or oil-immersed brakes and a CANbus-monitored powertrain protection system help extend service life in continuous-duty applications.
