The HAMM 3518 is an 18 tonne class single drum vibratory roller for heavy duty compaction in large scale road construction, infrastructure projects and earthmoving applications. Powered by a fuel efficient Deutz TCD 4.1 L4 diesel engine producing 129 kW (173 hp) it meets Tier 4 Final / Stage V emissions standards.
Equipped with a 2,130 mm (84 inch) smooth drum and adjustable dual frequency vibration the 3518 compacts deep and uniform across a wide range of soils including granular, mixed and crushed rock. High centrifugal force and optimized weight distribution gives excellent coverage and results even on difficult terrain and slopes.
The spacious and ergonomic operator cabin has excellent all round visibility, intuitive controls and comfortable seating with vibration isolation to reduce operator fatigue during long shifts. Optional climate control for operator comfort in all weather conditions.
