The SANY SY80U is an 8.8-tonne mini excavator combining robust power with a versatile design, excelling in construction, landscaping and utility tasks from urban sites to open worksites. Built tough with a reinforced boom, arm, swing platform and undercarriage, it gives independent boom swing for offset digging around obstacles with outstanding breakout force, and a short tail swing lets it work confidently in tight areas. Its compact dimensions and minimal slewing radius of no more than 1,480 mm make it the smallest SANY compact excavator available.

Power comes from a Yanmar T4F engine, with load-sensing hydraulics that automatically adjust flow and pressure based on the load for optimal performance. Bucket digging force reaches 45 kN, and stick digging force 33 kN, giving strong performance for a compact machine. Joystick controls and a bi-directional auxiliary hydraulic system make it adaptable to a wide range of attachments, and a comfortable cockpit with heating and air conditioning supports all-day operation in any climate.
