Equipment Overview
The JCB 3CX is a backhoe loader built for general construction, utility, and civil earthmoving work, the entry point in JCB’s 3CX and 4CX backhoe loader range alongside the 3CX Plus, 3CX Pro, 4CX Plus, 4CX Pro, and 5CX Pro. Power comes from a JCB Dieselmax 3.0-litre, four-cylinder, turbocharged and intercooled engine meeting Stage V emission standards. A Syncroshuttle Powershift transmission with manual gear selection drives all four wheels as standard, through a JCB steer-drive front axle. The extending dipper adds reach and dig depth for working around obstacles, and a variable displacement piston pump delivers a 165 L/min hydraulic flow to the loader and backhoe circuits.
