HAMM 3412 Smooth Drum Roller

The Hamm 3412 is a heavy duty and reliable 12 tonne class single drum vibratory roller for soil compaction in road construction, civil works and large scale earthmoving projects. Powered by a fuel efficient Deutz TCD 3.6 L4 diesel engine producing approximately 100 kW (134 hp) it meets Tier 4 Final / Stage V emissions.

Equipped with a 2,130 mm (84 inch) smooth drum and Hamm’s advanced vibration technology the 3412 has dual amplitude and frequency settings for optimal performance on a wide range of soils including granular materials, gravel and mixed soils. High centrifugal force and efficient weight distribution ensures deep uniform compaction even on thick lifts or difficult ground conditions.

The operator’s platform is designed for comfort and control with a spacious ROPS/FOPS certified cab or open station with excellent all round visibility, ergonomic joystick controls and optional air conditioning. The low vibration operator seat, intuitive displays and logical layout helps reduce fatigue and improve efficiency during long shifts.

With a robust articulated frame, maintenance free pivot joint and centralised service points the 3412 is built for long life and easy maintenance. Optional systems like Hammtronic for intelligent engine and vibration control and the HCQ (Hamm Compaction Quality) system for compaction monitoring further enhance precision, fuel economy and jobsite productivity.
