Dynapac CA252D Smooth Drum Roller

The Dynapac CA252D is a 12 tonne class single drum vibratory roller designed for medium to heavy compaction applications in road construction, site preparation and large infrastructure projects. Powered by a Tier 3 compliant Cummins QSB 4.5 diesel engine producing approximately 97 kW (130 hp) it has strong compaction and good fuel efficiency and durability in tough operating conditions.

2,130 mm (84 inch) wide smooth drum and high static linear load means effective compaction of granular soils, crushed aggregates and mixed materials. Dual amplitude and dual frequency vibration system allows the operator to adapt to different soil conditions. Heavy duty drum and efficient traction system means good gradeability and consistent results on uneven or sloped terrain.

The operator station is designed for comfort and visibility with a spacious ROPS/FOPS certified cabin or canopy and wide sightlines to the drum and worksite. Intuitive controls, ergonomic seating, low noise levels and vibration dampened components all contribute to reduced operator fatigue and higher productivity during long shifts.
