CAT D6 LGP Swamp Dozer

This is an excellent medium-sized low-ground-pressure (LGP) dozer that is intended to achieve versatility, efficiency, and maximum performance on soft or delicate grounds. With its wider track gauge and wider track shoes, LGP configuration keeps you well above the muddy road or mucky site, so you can travel wherever you’re needed without worry about getting stuck like the standard dozers might.

The D6 LGP features a high performance, fuel efficient engine that delivers approximately 215 to 235 horsepower and provides excellent push power with reduced ground pressure. It is fitted with a fully adjustable VPAT (Variable Pitch, Angle, Tilt) blade which enables accurate grading, contouring and spreading capability. The dozer also has a heavy-duty undercarriage designed to improve traction and increase wear life in demanding environments.

Advanced Cat Grade technologies — including Slope Assist, Grade with 3D and Stable Blade — provide operators of all experience levels with productive and efficient grading. Features such as the large, spacious cab and easy-to-use controls improve operator comfort and productivity, even when working over longer shifts.
