The Caterpillar CB7 Double Drum Roller is a great solution for asphalt compaction with a high quality finish and excellent productivity in all compaction applications. Well-suited for street and highway paving as well as other intermediate paving projects, it’s equipped with dual 59-inch (1,500 mm) steel vibratory drums that deliver a smooth and seamless asphalt mat, and offer high performance and versatility.

Powered by a reliable Cat C3.4B engine with up to 100 HP for fuel efficiency and easy starts. CB7’s newly-developed dual-frequency vibration system delivers precise compaction for a range of asphalt layers, allowing operators to control compaction force according to density and surface finish requirements.

The operator’s station features ergonomic controls, an adjustable seat and outstanding all-around visibility. The machine is equipped with a high-capacity pressurized water spray system, user-friendly instrument panel and strong drum structure for smooth operation and easy maintenance.
